      Intellectual property protection is a strategic priority for FDC Labs. The Company has developed a rigorous confidentiality protocol that ensures that customers' proprietary information is heavily safeguarded.

	Every chemist must sign and date the laboratory notebook each day

All laboratory notebooks are submitted and securely kept at the realization of the target compound and/or at the close of the project.

      FDC Labs welcomes the independent testing of all compounds supplied to our clients and abides by its own tough internal standards to ensure that our clients receive only the best in quality compounds.

NMR (400MHz), HPLC or GC is used on 100% of all compounds and MS is used as a supplemental method for about 15% of compounds. Hard copies and electronic copies of original NMR/MS spectra for all compounds shipped are available free of charge upon request.
